1. HOW MANY PUBLICATIONS DO I HAVE TO POST?

Each NAUT Crew campaign runs for 6 months. You are required to publish a minimum of 6 Posts and 12 Stories during that period, based on the moodboard (style references) you receive at the beginning of the campaign.

When the campaign ends, we will update the publication moodboard to align with the new season and the brand requirements, and a new NAUT Crew campaign will begin, in which you will again be required to publish 6 posts and 12 Stories.

2. HOW ARE THE PAYMENTS MADE?

Payment is made bi-monthly based on all the confirmed and validated sales over that period. Validation can take up to 30 days.

It is essential to correctly fill out all the fields in the “Payment Details” section in the reply email that you send, for us to make payments successfully. You can change these details whenever you like.​

You can contact us at hello@naut.co, we will send you all the details. We are in the process of making the entire system automated, and will soon have this up and running for your convenience.

In order to be able to make the first payment, the minimum balance on your account must have reached 25O Rs.

3. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A PAYMENT

You can check the date of your next payment via email to hello@naut.co, we will clarify the details and send you the information on payments within 48 hrs. We are in the process of automizing a dashboard, please bear with us till then.

4. HOW DO I GET MY NAUT?

Once the review process and registration is complete you will get regular NAUT sunglasses and accessories sent to you in 3 days.

5. HOW MANY NAUT SUNGLASSES WILL I RECEIVE?

We do two seasonal campaigns a year: one for Spring-Summer and another for Autumn-Winter. You can choose two NAUT for each campaign. As well as these pairs of sunglasses, we’ll send you more products chosen specifically by us for each campaign.

6. CAN I CHANGE MY NAUT SUNGLASSES?

Since we let you choose the models you prefer at the beginning of the campaign, you cannot change them.

7. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY NAUT SUNGLASSES

Our Customer Service team is available to deal with any issues regarding the order you made with your JUGERNAUT campaign sunglasses. Kindly email us at hello@naut.co, we are in the process of automating this entire step, s that it will be convenient for you. 

8. HOW IS MY PERFORMANCE AS A JUGGERNAUT EVALUATED?

Your performance is evaluated every 6 months, based on the metrics of your publications, as well as the sales derived from your discount code.

9. CAN I BE REMOVED FROM NAUT CREW?

In the event that - upon completing the six-monthly review of profiles - your metrics and sales are below average for the members of NAUT Crew, the NAUT team will evaluate each case, with the possibility of terminating participation in the NAUT Crew program

At the end of each 6-month campaign, NAUT will inform each user via email of their continuity - or otherwise - in the program.

10. HOW CAN I LEAVE NAUT CREW?

Once signed up for NAUT Crew, you decide you no longer wish to continue, you should send us an email in the thread you have opened with us, informing us of your decision so that we can eliminate you from the program.

In this case, we would appreciate you telling us why you reached the decision, in order for us to improve, if applicable.

11. HOW DO I GET MY CONTENT TO APPEAR ON @JUGGERNAUT / @NAUT?

As a first step for us to be able to use your content on our @JUGGERNAUT/@NAUT profiles, you must ensure that you add the #JUGGERNAUT hashtag and/or @JUGGERNAUT and @NAUT mentions in your publications. With this, we’ll have access to your publications and will be able to share them on our profiles.

12. CAN I USE ANOTHER BRAND OF SUNGLASSES FOR MY POSTS?

You can use another brand of sunglasses as long as the publication of those images does not interfere with the NAUT brand or with your agreement/commitment as a member of NAUT Crew. This would happen, for example, by posting content on social media with non-NAUT sunglasses and mentioning/tagging another sunglass brand.

You cannot be a member of NAUT CREW and participate in similar affiliation programs with other sunglass brands which require that you publish on social media to promote their products.

The reason that we have these requirements is that a conflict of interest would be generated by promoting our sunglasses and another sunglass brand on the same profile. This would lose the exclusivity offered by being a member of NAUT Crew.
